Yes. Our engineers typically work 40 hours per week. They become part of your team and dedicate their time completely to your project.
How do developers get vetted?
Our acceptance rate is less than 1%. We test developers on 3 levels: skills, competencies and domain-specific knowledge. Our process includes portfolio reviews, technical coding, resumes review, english testing, live interview and other tests.
Who owns the legal rights to the work done by the engineer?
The client. All Index employees and freelancers have signed a comprehensive Consultant Agreement, which includes confidentiality and IP assignment clauses. 
Can I bring the engineer on-site?
We will work to coordinate the relocation for a specified period of time of an individual or team.
